    Ideation & concept

    You have an idea but no clear shape yet. In one or two sessions we go through it: who is meant to use it, which part is genuinely needed, roughly what it costs. Afterwards you know whether it is worth the effort.

    Prototyping

    A clickable prototype before the first line of production code exists. You can show the idea to customers, partners or investors and check whether it lands. Mistakes at this stage cost almost nothing.

    Architecture & second opinion

    If an existing system has become slow or expensive, I take a look at it. I read the code, measure, and tell you which changes actually pay off. Sometimes the right answer is to leave it alone.

The durations come from completed projects. After a first call you receive a written quote with a fixed price or a capped budget.

    Secular wedding ceremonies and personal speeches across Switzerland, from Lake Zurich to Ticino. The site had to carry emotion without tipping into kitsch.

    A physiotherapy practice in Münchenstein with a broad treatment range. Patients usually do not know which therapy suits them. The site guides them there instead of just listing services.

Practice software and patient portal for therapists

Scheduling, documentation, billing and patient communication in one tool, plus a dedicated portal for patients. Billing runs directly through Medidata, so invoices reach the health insurer without a detour. Made for small practices that currently jump between a paper calendar, a spreadsheet and several portals.
